Yarn: LionBrand Glitterspun in Gold - 3 skeins
Needles: Size 10
Pattern: a multiple of 12 stitches plus 1. For this scarf I cast on 49 stitches using the knit cast on.
Rows 1 - 4: Knit
Rows 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15: K1, *(K2 tog) twice, (yo, K1) 3 times, yo, (ssk) twice, K1; rep from * across.
Rows 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16: Purl
Repeat these 16 rows until length desired. Repeat rows 1 - 4, then cast off. Weave in ends.
I think this would look great done in a handpainted wool or wool blend.
