Good luck with the "faking it". I'm sure it will be beautiful.

We just watched 300. Some of the prime examples of male flesh looked fake. At one point they were all together and all those gleaming pecks looked exactly the same as the guys around. I know, I'm a party pooper.

Thanks for the hint on the history channel dvd.

April

I thought it was a good movie, too. I saw it at the theater with a few people, and there was one actor that I dubbed my boyfriend based on the fact that he was one fiiiiine specimen (no faking here, lol). Quite sad when he was killed, as I could sense his growing attraction to me, too. I think his head was chopped off. :)

Andrea (noricum)

I was wondering if perhaps you also had too many motifs around? I'm asking because most people have sloping shoulders, and your piece folded in half has more than 180 degrees.

Bron

Amy - Unfortunately, the History Channel doesn't seem to be showing it today as it's scheduled. (Darn it!)

LOL, April - I know exactly which one you mean.

Andrea - No, the number of motifs is correct, it's the larger gauge that's probably the issue. No probs, it just give fullness at the shoulders/bustline. :)

It's beautiful. Makes me want to get my crocheting out again.

Maybe if I gave up sleeping I could fit it into my schedule. :-)

Wendy

The medicine I have been taking for my side pain slows digestion and also causes drowsiness. The first 2 weeks the drowsiness hit me strong and once I took it I went right to sleep for 8 hours. It was the best sleep I have had in ages. Now that I have taken it for a few weeks, I don't get tired anymore.

I loved 300!! I think we will be buying that movie, too.
