I am loving that colorway! What a fun sweater (Bob's a great standard sweater in general anyway). :)

I'm still here, show off your glasses and talk Harry all you want;)

I do love those stripes though. I am going to have to get me some of that yarn!

Yep, it's your blog and you can write about whatever you want.

I've seen a couple of the HP movies, and for many years I have bought my son the latest HP book for his birthday... in advance of his birthday but FOR his birthday. Since this is the last book, what-o-what am I going to buy him for his birthday???? (He is 25 this year.) ROFL

Sweater is looking great! Think the first one is the one you should use for the front.

Have a great day everyone!

I love how it's coming out!

BTW, Bloglines is weird lately and I don't trust their stats much anymore. Darn thing updated a ton of blogs-old posts this AM (233 to be exact) and I swear something weird is going on there. I think it's the only sub thing RSS feed I use, so I have no clue how to track others.

Yep, I agree with Deneen, Bloglines has been acting crazy lately. A lot of my feeds, yours included, have been updated with 10-25 posts. So it's all crazy! I like the new glasses, very nice. Lucy/Bob is looking good too. The colors are great. Enjoy the new book.

I'm looking forward to your commentary on HP. And I'm happy you're knitting yourself another Bob. Nothing like finding really cool yarn to knit a sweater you already know you're going to like. Not to mention no errors in the pattern. Life doesn't get better than that! :-)

Andrea (noricum)

I think bloglines is just acting funny. It started doing unusual things last night (or even earlier?) for me. It's now updating feeds from LiveJournal blogs, plus it seems to be marking a bunch of old blog posts as new on random blogs. I'm guessing it's also doing it's trick of unsubscribing people from feeds they read. :P

I don't mind the Potter info! It might be that people, like me ;), are using Google Reader instead of Bloglines. Those might not show up in your stats.

I'm here although I've been just a lurker. I'm interested in the Harry Potter stuff, too. I'm deciding what knitting to take tonight to stand in line for Deathly Hallows. Must be...socks.

I never have figured out all the hulaballo about HP either. Its just fantasy. I am liking your new Bob. Can't wait to see the completed one!

That striping looks great.

Bloglines has been wonky for ages. It keeps unsubscribing people from my bloglines completely randomly. It's annoying. And oh yeah! It did come up with a kazillion marked "new" on posts I've read. It's still a lot easier though.

Glad you are having such a productive weekend. How do you knit and read at the same time?? Enjoy HP, but please keep it to yourself. ;o) I don't pick my copy up until Monday. I hate crowds and queues. :o)

Hello Bron!
I waited for the postwoman at the window and she even hadn't the time to put the book in my letter box.
I read HP a bit saturday morning, we got out a bit, and then I settled about 10 p.m. to finish it in one row til 6.30 a.m. . All I can say to J.K. Rowling: O(utstanding) in all her OWLs. Exceeding every single expectation. And there were certain things I guessed and they were right;-)
Hope you loved it as much as I did
