I can't wait to see that tank-I prefer the bias cut also.


Don't feel bad about not having enough of the stripey material to make a tank to go with the button... I think they match TOO well, and the fantastic button would be lost on the material.

At the rate you're going, you'll have a new wardrobe for summer! Thanks for the tip on the Harrison book. I've read a bajillion Laurell K Hamilton novels, but haven't tried Harrison. I just finished the first Southern Vampire Novel by Charlaine Harris. I liked it alot - enough I'm going to read more in the series. Not as dark and sexy (but some of that) but more sarcastic and humorous, which was great. Good light/beach reading.


That polka-dot button looks great with the striped fabric too. :)

I have the number four in the series on my to read pile. I'm glad number five is out as well. I've enjoyed the series so far. Very cute top!
