Fountain Lace is beautiful. I'd say Bron's 2007 year is off to a great start. Congratulations!

Bron's 2007 is definitely off to a great start. The color is awesome and the sweater rocks. Your talent continues to blow me away!

Oh, congrats! It looks great.

I just noticed... did you realize that the cardi is almost the exact color of the background on your blog? It's a lovely color.

Very nice!

The smile says it all and I have to agree. It looks wonderful Bron!! Congrats! Well done. You did a great job. Now this confirms my suspicions that a lacy bodice AND lacy sleeves are not always advisable. The plainer sleeves in this cardi of yours really allow the pattern in the front and back to be a design feature. Not just more of the same. I love it. :o)

Awesome Bron! It looks amazing and is perfect for the spring. Looks like you are holding to your resolution. :)

Oh Bron, it's beautiful! What a great way to start your knitting year.

Bron - you glow in that sweater! It's beautiful!

How perfect!
Those lace panels, mmm!

Brava! Brava! It looks great.

Excellent! Don't you love it when everything about a pattern comes together perfectly as it did in Fountain Lace?

Fountain Lace is stunning, you did a lovely job. Thank you for your reply on "Audry". I'm nearly finished with mine and hope I like it as well as I did yours.

What a gorgeous sweater Bron! A superb and spectacular way to start off 2007!!

Very, very nice.

You have never looked happier with a finished knit! It is a lovely sweater, Bron and it looks great on you. I suspect there will be a run on the book after people see these pictures. Nice to hear that CE is still just as good, too.

Oooh - now isn't that something! Just gorgeous, Bron :)

::whistling, stamping and applauding::

oooh, it s gorgeous. congratulations

Really beautiful! I love it.

Beautiful!! And I think that the mods to sleeve legnth were a great choice. One of the reasons I am learning to knit sweaters is so that I can get arms that fit!

You are such an inspiration!!

what a great pattern! :) it looks great, Bron! congrats! :)

Dang, girl, that cardi is fierce! You know that you did a great job on that one. Rest on your laurels indeed, you certainly should. Love, love, love it!

You look absolutely Gorgeous in that sweater! Great job!!!

Thanks, everyone! I'm really SO pleased it turned out so well. I think I'm learning that sweaters that are close-fitting and lacey are my very favorites. Well, throwing in a couple of cables doesn't hurt either. ::wink::

Psssst...I'm posting this from work for the first time ever! I have prep and forgot my crocheting! Aaaargh! So I'm keeping myself occupied with the computer...hehehe

FANTASTIC!! Oh, I could tell from your face in the very first picture that this was a winner! ; ) Congratulations, Bron, it's a wonderful sweater.

Now THAT'S the way to start the new knitting year! Fountain Lace looks great on you - and I loved seeing your huge smile!
