Robbyn

That ribbon yarn is really beautiful - gorgeous colors. YOu'll have to let me know what you think of the Only sytretch - I was looking at it myself a couple of days ago.

Think I'd kinda like to see that "Sue" myself :)

Bron

Robbyn - Once again, I'm starting out a year with too many projects in mind & too little time. I fully expected to cast on for a sweater with that plum Only Stretch, but I just found the perfect pattern to use with the Cashsoft DK in my stash, so I'm starting that today! (And will blog about it tomorrow.)

Oh, fickle knitter, thy name is Bron! hehe

Margaret

You must be The Bargain Queen when it comes to great yarn sales! You manage to find the Best deals on yarns!!! I'm so jealous!

If you had invited us (your readers) to your party, you would not have had so many leftovers. hehehe & a Big Wink!

Have a very safe New Year!

Mia

Bron, I love the color but didn't you state just a few days ago that you need to start saving money for new furniture? I mean your stash is bigger than mine right now. But I really do love the colors and the price was good. Now I am going back to data entry and writing sales quotes!

Leisel

Thanks for the hat tip on the sale. I'll just hope my Michael's has it on for that, too... I've been eyeing the blue/pink colorway for awhile, and I think it would make a great drop stitch scarf.

Bron

You bet, Margaret - I wish I could've put out an emergency call for everyone to drop on by!

Naw, Mia - we'll have the $$ for furniture, even if I spent some Xmas cash on yarn!

Leisel - It seems that all Michael's are having that sale - I read about it on Crochetville.

mrs. mccaul

did you ever make the sweater with the Schachenmayr Nomotta "Only Stretch". What did it look like, how was it to work with, etc. I am consider purchasing it and wondering what it was like.
