I'm a huge HP nerd. Huge. And it is how I met my Fiance. From what we've heard it is either love it or hate it for the movie. We haven't gone yet, so I can't give my own opinion on it. The majority of the HP nerds on my friends list in LiveJournal mostly say that it wasn't as butchered as it could have been.

Bron, you really must not be feeling the love with the yarn. I am getting ready to place more up on the yard sale. And did you do all of the cooking? Curious minds want to know.....

what a lovely family you lot are! glad to hear dinner kicked butt! (is it a diet free day ;)?)

Thanks for checking in regarding HP, Haley. I'm still on the fence - we might go next weekend....or we might wait for the DVD. :::grin:::

Mia - all the cooking except the stuffing this year. I let Bio-Mom do that one. I've cooked so many years that I do it all on autopilot. :)

Nat - I watched what I ate, but I did eat everything I wanted. Just in small quantities so I didn't do any diet damage. :)

----"I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use." - Galileo Galilei

----"The power of accurate observation is frequently called cynicism by those who don't have it." - George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950)

----"I do not consider it an insult, but rather a compliment to be called an agnostic. I do not pretend to know where many ignorant men are sure -- that is all that agnosticism means." - Clarence Darrow, Scopes trial, 1925.

----"I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours." - Sir Stephen Henry Roberts (1901-1971)
