Wow Bron! It looks WONDERFUL and it looks fabulous on you! What a teriffic sweater - I don't want to hear, 6 months down the road, that you decided you didn't like it and frogged the thing :) It's da bomb!

Wow, Bron it is gorgeous! And so are you! (What I can see of you anyway!) That sweater looks great on you as you are right now!!!

that looks great. maybe it's time to start making things a little more fitted. don't you think?

Thanks, Robbyn. :) No - I swear - no frogging on this one. I really, really like it.

Hehehe, Ro - I'm notoriously "headless" in these shots. I never have a good hair day - maybe I should look into wigs. :::Grin:::

Maryse - Yep - you're right. The trouble is, it's hard to wrap my head around "fitted" when I've been thinking, "looser is better" for years. I almost automatically start adding stitches to any pattern. Guess I just need to "knit as written" for awhile. :)

Great job!!

once again your knitting talent astonishes me. That color is very cool.

Wow Bron!! Bob looks great! I really love how it turned out! I think my knitting skills will be up to try this in about 10-15 years at the rate I am learning! lol Again - great job!!

This is such a lovely sweater, especially the raglan sleeves and the ribbing. It fit sgreat too!

Thanks everyone! Kimberly - it's an amazingly simple pattern - keep it on your "to-do pretty soon" list. :)

Thanks, Erin - I never used to be a fan of raglans, but I need to rethink that. Now I'm on a raglan pattern hunt!

Wonderful job Bron! Out of curiosity, why did knitting a 38 produce a 40? Is the ribbing?

I want some pistachio almond ice cream now.

Bob came out great on you!!!! It's a wonderful fit. Thanks, now I have another project for my CE yarn. Gotta figure out what color I want. =)

It looks great! What a wonderful idea for Cotton Ease.

Oh Great looking top.. I Love it and it looks terrific on ya..
Now I will have to take alook at the pattern myself. Its s whole different thing when you see somthing made,,I love it.. great job!!

Nik - Pistachio Almond ice cream? Dang, girl - I'm on a diet!

Thanks Lynette & Monica. :) It's so quick to knit that I'm tempted to try another CE color. :::grin:::

Valerie - 'Cause I was using a size 8 needle. If I'd gone down to a 7 I probably would've gotten gauge, but I wanted a looser fabric. :)

Thanks Penny! You're right - it's nice to see CE knit up in various patterns - makes choosing a lot easier. :)

that is beautiful!!! love the color the style - everything!

"Bob" is the bomb! way to go Bron.... :)

Girl that is a KILLER sweater and you look totally fabulous! It's time to start showing off the new bod - fitted definitely suits you these days.

Bron- The sweater looks fabulous - the color, the fit, everything. Congrats!

I really like how your Bob turned out. I know it's supposed to be very loose and relaxed, but I actually want to make one that is more fitted. I'm going to use the concept of negative ease for Bob for me. I'm so happy I came across your blog and found some of the great patterns you are using for Cotton-Ease. I was thinking of using the Cherry Red for Cabaret and had planned since last year to use my Vanilla for Bob and see that you've used some of the same patterns so successfully! Great job on everything!!!!
