wowza! you really racked up on the CE. i'm still trying to find strawberry cream. good for you for stocking up.

You are a YARN HO!!!!! Just remember what you could have had instead of CE. And stop wasting your time trying to get that smell out. It will not come out and the best solution will be to toss it and call it a loss.

Thanks, Lynette - It's always good to hear from another CE fanatic. Makes me feel a bit less nuts. :::Grin:::

Yeah, Mia - I need to bit the bullet & toss the yarn. It just hurts to have to do it.

I have a couple of trash bags of yarn in my 2 Car Storage Unit, that I need to sort through at some point. One bag is from my neighbor's mother who did a lot of weaving and had a bunch of really cool textural yarn. I've though about knitting or crocheting them a throw with the yarn because they've done so much for us. Now I just have to venture into the no-man's land that is my garage.

Wow! You sure did stock up on the C.E.! I keep reading about folks ransaking and pillaging for C.E. - I think that I am better off living in ignorance of what it feels like and how it works up....can not mourn for something I never knew! :)

Bron! My beautiful ice blue CE means even more now knowing how you feel about it!!!

Thank you for being the best secret pal a girl could ever ask for...I'll blog about it and post at c'ville but I just had to pop by and post on your blog for once! Thank you!!! *mwah!* hugs and thankful smmooches!!!

Bron, I went onto Lion Brand's website and they still have Cotton Ease listed. The only one's I see discontinued are the Strawberry Cream and Vanilla. Is the whole line going to be discontinued?

Yvonne - yes, the whole line was discontinued a few months ago. LB does say that they have plenty left on their site, but when it's gone, it's gone. Places like Hobby Lobby, JoAnn, Hancock's, etc. are selling off their stock & can't reorder. It's the same with online vendors also.

Ro - I'm so glad you were my SP! I had LOTS of fun figuring out what to send you & keeping up with your blog! Thanks for making this round a very rewarding experience!

Yes, Kimberly - maybe in this case ignorance is bliss, eh? I think some of us (myself most definitely included!) are getting a bit nutty over it!

Marie - Before I forget - Thanks for the postcard! Good luck with the garage "venturing"....I only go into ours if forced!

hi Bron, can I stretch the friendship and ask you to please set me something aside from the next yarn giveaway as I am a bit preoccupied at the moment and I am doing good knitting things for folks. You know.

Oh okay. I'd better get on the bandwagon then. I really like that Ice Blue color.
