LOL - wait until he starts wanting to stroll through YOUR stash - or better yet, when his stash and yours start competing for space :)

Margaret

Good for him! I thought it was a wrist warmer! That would have been my guess. Good job! What a neat idea for clay pots! It's wonderful to see boys learn a needle craft. Good job Bron! Love your sweater! It's gorgeous and fits very well. Have a fabulous weekend!

yay colin! i thought it was a wrist warmer too but i love the idea of a clay pot "cozy". it'll look cool.

and you are looking quite svelte in that sweater. i wish i had your dedication these days.

I love Stacy! Beautiful color, nice simple shaping - it's a winner. How cool to have another crocheter in the house! Looks like he sees it in his mind, then he's off and working. You've got a budding designer there.

Bron

Thanks, Margaret!

Robbyn - I'm really pleased that Colin is taking to crochet so well but the stash thing DOES concern me! ha!

Hey Weirdo! hehehehe It's all done with smoke & mirrors - I haven't lost all THAT much (details Monday) and it's taking a loooong time. This "one to two pounds a week" is BS!

Thanks, Bliss. :) We've always told the boys to just run with their ideas - it's nice to see that lesson is sticking!

Vera

Stacy looks wonderful, and Kudos to your son for learning to crochet!

Dani

Oh my gosh-- You look so lovely in that top! Such a great color on you too, and sooooo summery!

I love the fact that Colin made that! How cute! No wonder he is a quick learner -- you obviously have the artistic vibe in you :)

Bron

Thanks Vera & Dani! I'm ashamed to admit that I thought I wouldn't be able to pass on my passion for needlework 'cause I had boys! That was very sexist of me & I've learned my lesson. :)
