Hey! I'm sorry I haven't announced your move yet! I've hardly been by my blog all week and am only now sneaking a few blog peaks while waiting for a scheduled call from the boss lady.

Ya know - I like some of those sweaters, but I wasn't at all thrilled with IK either. I did like the shawl, but not enough to buy the whole magazine. Dunno...I'm still thinking about it :) Knitter's hasn't hit the stands here yet, but I'll be watching for it.

Aren't summer issues supposed to be boaks anyway?

I haven't seen the new IK yet. I did like a few of the designs in the latest Knitters....but none of the ones you showed (thank goodness). I'll have to post about it more on my blog...maybe Friday.

Hi Marcia - don't worry about it! I know you're swamped this time of year. :)

Yeah, Robbyn, you're right - I should expect much from summer issues. There's a part of me that still thinks "summer knitting" is an oxymoron. :)

Hi Roxi - yeah - I did stress it's a personal taste thing. I just thought the ones I showed were a bit on the garish side for me. I'll be interested to see which ones you liked. I should realize by now that summer issues tend to leave me to speak! hehehehehe

----"I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours." - Sir Stephen Henry Roberts (1901-1971)
