The thing that's surprised me most about my new hobby is how long it takes to string a few beads! I'm not talking elaborate woven designs, chains, loops, tiny seeds beads, etc. I'm talking about putting a few beads on a head pin & calling it good! Sheesh. After about an hour, I had these finished:
I kept with the spring theme of pastels...yeah...well...duh. (Ever notice how really bad I am about stating the obvious? Somebody slap me!) Oh yeah - and I finished these for a friend of mine:
Ok...even though I'm not usually a cutesie person...isn't that sheepy face darling? Altogether now....awwwww....

The earrings I purchased in Four Corners, but when I got them home I realized one was missing a bead! So I re-did both earrings today. :) Technically they're still made by a Navajo - that's all that counts.
Hopefully I'll have some fibery progress to show next time but it's hard to come up with exciting ways to show you a few more inches on this and a couple more inches on that.
Maybe I need more sheep????
