Far be it for me to criticize Knit 'n Style - they're the ones who got me in to serious knitting in the first place. Besides, that sweater is really pretty! What's to criticize?

But I like your colors a LOT better :)

Theresa

Hi, Bron;

Your sweater is coming along nicely. The blues are so pretty.

I wouldn't be embarassed about Knit N'Style magazine. I've seen a couple of issues of the magazine and they had some nice patterns and techniques.

Now, if it was Family Circle Knitting mag.... ;-)

Take care,

Theresa

I have to admit I rarely find anything I like much in Knit-N-Style...and frankly their models are often just flat scary! However, that is a nice sweater! :) I love the colors you chose, very nice! L

Bron

Thanks everyone. :) I've never really been a "blue" person, but I really like this.

Lisa - I agree - those models really ARE scary. Plastic faces & throwing their hips & boobs hither & yon to try & be sexy. Ick!

Shannon

Dang, you're fast!

Amy

Wow, that's a pretty sweater! Knit 'n Style is so hit 'n miss in their offerings. I often forget that they publish an occasional gem.

La

Ah! I see I'm not the ONLY one who has been teased by this sweater. Yours is coming along gorgeous!

Emma.

That's a lovely sweater.I like chevrons...you knew that already !
The projects we fall in love with are the most fun to knit, wear and enjoy.

Bron

Shannon - big needles + big yarn + a sweater I really, really want to wear = pretty fast. :::grin:::

Amy - That's so true - you just never know if an issue will be a bust or not. That's why I don't subscribe any more - I look at it first at B&N!

Laura - Go ahead, break down & make it. You won't be sorry. ;)

Thanks Emma. :) Yes - I've learned to go with the flow when I really get hooked by a project. No sense trying to do something else when I have "blue" on my mind!
